[Help] Disallow Personal locker

- i dont want player to use personal locker in official colorardo map and I want to ban personal locker in an official Colorado map , how to do that ?

- i want Warz_hud that has too many rank system like NewZ server do you know who have that ? where do i can find them ?

- i want player to pick up items on the ground faster , how to do that ?
