Go into your WarZ bin folder and paste the contents of your r3dlog.txt file please.
Same folder as that picture in your post.
The only difference being, that your operating system is hiding the extention *.txt
That r3dlog file in the picture is what you need to post here.

Which Release are you using?
If you are using the Community Edition, look for @ztimer 's tutorial which is Stickied to the Top of the Tutorial section.
Otherwise, you need to look for the instructions for this particular Release (if available) in the Tutorial section.
I do not know which code you've used to create this but the Entire "Cliente'" folder in your screenshot is 100% incorrectly setup.
1 Notice the wz47051432_01 to 05?
2 Notice the woupd.xml file in that directory?
3 Notice the wz.xml file in that directory?
This is not correct if you followed installation instructions and compiled the code yourself.

Also, remove Hook.dll. I have no idea where you got that from (unless from a live client).
But I have not seen code in this section that uses that filename.

Give him some time and chill until he does. In the meantime look at some of the other tutorials.
Such as the one mentioned earlier in my replies.
It may not be a 100% match but should be at the very least, close enough to get you familiar with what to expect.

this error and on the anti cheat! "Warz:dll" is not in the client folder.
