[HELP] Fix for aiming up in the sky, if near wall or object

Hey, I'm wondering if it is possible to fix this bug, when you hold rightclick near an object or a wall and you aim up in the sky?
I think it should be possible, if someone knows how to fix this, please tell me how. I will look now into the files and let you guys know if I find something.
