When automatic hackshield update i have this error (Hunz Source)

The details??? When the update starts hackshield it crash with this error, I think it can not connect to the server or to something else

I got the same error, I tried to edit the file HSUpdate.env but appears to be encrypted, tried editing the notepad + +

notepad ++ does not recognize encoding
