Help. How to make Register.php for the warz

Inside the folder where you want to create the file, right-click anywhere, then select New, and then immediately new text document (notepad). When this file is created, right click on it and select the option to rename. Type (register.php). Make sure you have enabled the windows option (show file extensions) or your file will look like (Register.php.txt).
