[HELP] How to remove grass from buildings with 3DSMAX 2017 ?!

So i have the buildings without grass but how can i remove this overlaying invisible purple lines here :$ can someone help ?

or you are still using physc of grassed buildings.... or you did not removed the overgrowth from buildings completly.....

i just replaced the buildings without overgrowth physics with the files that have and the purple physics is still there but why ? :( if i am ingame i stuck in the physics

Use physics editor to re-cook the meshes and overwrite physics data. Might work ;)

No thanks for your brainstorming but tried this already :D

Delete all physics files and only keep the sco/scb then 're-cook in the editor.
