[Help] Launcher crash

Hello guys,
i have a problem with my launcher, i use the community source...

but i cant create my launcher with the .bat file and when i create the launcher trought the source my launcher just crash...

when i start the laucher, no r3dlog appears, the launcher just crash....


but i have another problem and this is, my friend cant connect to my laucher ( created another one, i can connect but he not. )

where is the server located? on your computer?
And did you replaced XXXXXXXXXX with your ip?
