[HELP] Launcher Update Error

I have searched every keyword and combination of keywords I could think of trying to hopefully find a solution to my problem but I couldn't find anything. The server is working just fine and my launcher logged in and downloaded everything with no problem til it got to the point of replacing the launcher. Then it popped up an error (which I enlcosed a screenshot of). I can't seem to figure out how to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Close your launcher.Open your Task Manager, go to processes and look for the process of your launcher> End process> Open your launcher again.

When I click OK on the error that pops up it automatically closes the launcher and I checked my processes and there isn't any processes running for the launcher after it closes.

Go to the game folder and delete the file that is in the error message.

If you look at the screenshot that I put in my help request you would notice that I can't do that cuz it is the actual launcher for the game. If I delete it then I can't run the launcher. And I can't delete it while the launcher is running cuz it is being used by the launcher.

Can someone please help me with this. I am getting frustrated. I have tried everything I can possibly think of and I'm still having the same problem. Thanks.
