[Help] Local server to public

Can someone please link me or just write down a simple tutorial what I have to do to make my Infestation server and the API work for public usage. I tried to change around with the IP's but I cannot get it to work. I tried following some tutorials but no success yet. I'm very new to this and im surprised I've even came this far.

The server is working flawless locally.
