[Help] Making new character

I get this :

WO_API: failed with error code 5 SQL Select Failed: Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'UsersCharsID', table 'WarZ.dbo.UsersChars'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

Now I edited and allow to insert NULL

but why in UsersChars dont inser the ID ?
