[help] map optimization

so im still new around here was messing around on my local box and seem to get major lag in some areas of certain maps. ive done some searching on here on how to optimize map fps but came up empty handed for the most part. could someone give me a run down on how to go about using studio to make maps "flow" a bit better to increase the fps.

also not relevant to maps but could someone point me in the right direction as to finding the encryption key for the bins would like to change mine. i know its in crc32 if i read stuff right in rsbuild but other than that idk
