Try run like Admin. and XP SP3....
If dont work Go on build\data\ and open the file xml whit C++ editor and see what says....
Open up ur C:\WarZ\src\RSBuild\RSBuild.sln at Visual Studio -> Build -> Clean -> Then check out that the Build is set as RELEASE and not DEBUG @ Solutions Configuration! Build -> Build Solution
Should be fixed.
