[Help] PhP or Asp.net Problem

Hi all. Thanks for your time to read this. Pls help me if u can,

My problem is. I install IIS and PhP for iis everithing works fine but when i started supervisor server the game server finished with this

000000.332| WO_API: http timeout
000000.332| GetShopData FAILED, code: 8
000000.332| Reading game rewards
000000.337| WO_API: http timeout
000000.337| ApiGetDataGameRewards FAILED, code: 8
000000.337| !!! ERROR: failed to get game rewards
000000.337| !!! crashed

Pls help me whats the problem :S
