You haven't compiled Eternity's solution.
Without which you will not have those library files compiled.

Right click Eternity soluion, hover over the Project Only, Rebuild Eternity.
If you already have files in the src\Eternity\lib folder
Delete Prior to doing this.
Those lib files, are the Only lib files in the entire solution that get created during each compilation.

Probably do not have the proper Order for Build Order.
Examine the Community Edition to get the listing.
Right Click the Solution, select Properties, find the Build Order and make sure that Eternity is Built Prior to:
WarZ Game Server
SupervisorServer
MasterServer

Then there is something wrong with the source code you are using.
There is No Way it will compile without Eternity building those 5 lib files 3 from 1 solution and 2 from the other.
Take it up with the person you got the code from.

At this point its between you and the person that released the code you are using.
