[Help] Ragezone studio dev server ?

i just found the rage zone studio on my pc from awhile back and even though this is a little late but im wondering what the dev server is and how can i go on it without getting a 'communication error'.... is it easier than setting up your own emulator ?

No it's the same. The RZ Studio is only a compiled version of the vusion code.
