    ! [HELP] RSBuild.exe Incremental patch error

    Hello RaGEZONE,
    I was trying to do the incremental patch and i edited the "RSBuild.xml" like this:
    Code:
     <!-- set base archive for incremental update -->
     <base file="C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wz\wz4C161609_07.bin"/>
    But when I run the "RSBuild.exe" it gives me this error:

    Could someone help me?

    Path correct?
    File write-protected?
    RSBuild executed as Administrator?
    File owner correct?

    I guess, because if I take off the incremental patch string it works fine.
    Code:
    <build> <!--<output dir="C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wz\"/>-->

    Re: [HELP] RSBuild.exe Incremental patch error

    That has nothing to do with my questions. I didn't looked but I guess RSBuild uses fopen to open the *.bin incremental file. If fopen fails for some reason (The reasons listed above.) it just outputs can't open..

    Please answer my questions.

    Path Correct? Yes,

    File write-protected? I don't know what it means.

    RSBuild excecuted as Administrator? Yes

    File owner correct? It says: Owner:Administrators

    Isn't it obvious that it can't work with the "_07" at the end?

    When u're not able to check the difference between a working rsbuild.xml (this forum has tons of), stop it.

    Here only for you to Copy&Paste.

    <base file="C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wz\wz4C161609"/>
