[Help] Skill tree not working ?

Hey guys !

Today I did some tests with the skills and I think it's bugged.
For example I compared a toon with the "strong like bull" skill and another one without it. It doesn't change the items weight at all, and the first one can't carry more items.

I don't remember how it was working in original warz so maybe it's just me but... it seems weird.

Edit : Well the other skills seem to work so... I guess it just lowers the slow when you carry a lot of items or something like this.
