[Help] Smooth transition between animations

I am wanting to know how can i have a smooth transition between animations because im doing crawling zombies on my local server and when they go to attack a player they instantly stand up, i would like them to ease into the motion.

Look at the premade animations / animations from HP. You'll need an animation between those two

Yeah i saw some of there animations have a transition but i've seen that other don't but i've also seen other servers use these animations that don't have a transition done to it and it looks fine for them so just wondering how they did this?
