Help With open .srt file

Hi guys, maybe someone knows. How to open a .srt file?
In src CodexPO, there are .srt files, but Studio does not see them. Maybe they need to be opened somehow?

if I'm not mistaken they are from the speedtree. I'm not sure if the codex implemented in its source, or maybe just copied from aftermath files...
