You're asking people to help you with this? They're not going to give you anything unless you pay them. And whining that you need it really bad is not going to help you at all.
Learn how it works to set it to day to the one who performed the command, make a packet structure for the command or find a suitable one, broadcast to all the packet telling them the hour to set it to, implement it client-side aswell, profit $$$?
