[HELP] Studio

Dear friends, I have not created any more maps with studio, today I downloaded a studio and I was trying to create a map terain v3, but when I go to make mountains or create lower places I can not lower and raise the terrain on the map, And when I enter the maps already ready that already comes with the studio when low I can do everything, I just can not get the new maps I want to create, does anyone have any ideas to help me?

use the level tool to set the level to 120 and then you can do what you want with the other tools
