[Help] UTF-8 characters

Hello so i set up a server and everything is working, but special letters like üöä dont show up correctly and i cant change the language somehow. Another question i have is how to modify the marketplace and how the update system acctually works.

Instead of asking in a forum why not try to figure out yourself?

Ive already figured out how the update system works, how to change the language and how the marketplace works but im done with the utf-8 characters. Ive tryed to decompile the font_en.swf and change the font somehow but that didnt really worked.
