[Help]Vehicle crash

Hi guys! How is everyone? So I added a couple of vehicles from the Codex bins,"Police Car and Hummer".I'm using the DOOM/Clean ISS variant of src and server.And from time to time i get this crash,it doesn't show on the r3d but does on the server log..."!!! cheat: peer00, r:DisconnectPeer no weapdatarep,"Doe's anyone know how to fix this or what may be causing it?
