when player download the game my server lag in game how to fix it please ?

There is a Server fix out there, just take a Look for it. Otherwise: QEMU and or ur Provider may be your Problem.

300mbs is that your download port or your speed ? and is the players and zombies lagging or is it only when loot spawns in ?
