[Help] Wrong username / password

Ok so heres the problem.....I am able to run my servers with no issues but when I try to connect via my launcher I get a wrong username / password error. This is what shows up in the r3dlog.

000009.195| WO_API: returned http500
000009.195| LoginAuth: 8


But what is weird Is I can create an account through launcher no problem....I just cant connect to game ( character screen ) . If anyone is able to help me it would be greatly appreciated.

try checking if your api is running fine

http://localhost/api/api_Login.aspx

or maybe you forgot to add port 1433

I can login to server, but when I press Play Game it says wrong username or password
