[HELP] WZ_gameserver won't start,

I have everything set up locally on my personal server. I have tried everything I can think of to fix the problems. The master server and supervisor server starts up just fine but when the game server tries to start I get the error message 'The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b). Click OK to close the application". I have enclosed a screenshot of the error message. I have also enclosed my server logs. It isn't giving me any logs in logss folder. If you could please help me I would appreciate it. This is just a small project I'm working on to learn from.

I will give my guess, maybe you forgot to install the drivers.

All the drivers are installed. everything is compiled but it still won't work. everything else seems to be working as far as I can tell but I can't check the rest until I can get the problem figured out with the gameserver.
