    in items_db.xml and in weapons db. you have to add same lines to .xml and .db

    No, you just have to add it to the Databse in items_weapons, then you re-dump the itemsDB.xml by using the "Update DB" Button in your Studio.

    If your Studio is correctly [api_ip, path, ...] configurated, yes.
