How can i can ban a player in game for cant enter again and ban for ip ?

my question is how ban a player in game. not ban normal
account status 200 etc
when u put account status 200 ok he is banned. but when he is in game and dont leave?
i can use /kick but player back again in launcher is ok he is banned when he logout he is banned. but in game?
i need block ip all time in firewall?
