Your best bet will be to create a virtual machine using VirtualBox that you can install the server on and connect to locally.
That way only you and anybody on your home network can play (LAN)

And learn how to install either Windows Server or Windows 7 on it.
Once you have the OS installed learn how to setup and config IIS and MSSQL
Finally follow a tutorial to learn how to build and setup a server on that VM.
And with War Z Studio how to play? There are two modes of play, but when I click the "Game DEV server" throws me, kaknibud can play through it?
You have to make sure that the studio is config correct to let you connect to the dev server.
I haven't messed around with the studio yet so im not 100% how it connects/works.
