I need help for Webserver and install WarZlauncher.exe_0.9.3

I need video i not understand it for add webserver. So i try it add C:\inetpub\wwwroot\WarZ\updater and copy wz.xml and warzlauncer.exe to WarZ\updaterto right click for run warzlauncer 0.9.3 exe so it was this conclusion r3dlog have Message!
