IIS and API settings HELP

hi there ppl

ok i been messing about with this now after i got the right version of ms sql 2008 standard
imported the database s and all that

i dont know if this is a good thing or bad thing
when i click this link http://localhost/WarZ/api/php/api_Ge...5-EB135E16F5EF

i was getting a 500 http time out thing befor i fixed the php.ini file
with 2 the ext
extension=php_sqlsrv_30_53_nts_vc9x86.dll
extension=php_pdo_sqlsrv_30_53_nts_vc9x86.dll
nowi get this is this ok ??
