Include Error Compilation

i have a probleme with compilation:
In the Folder i have
SOURCE => src
=> bin
i get this

..\GameEngine\TrueNature\Terrain.cpp(30) : fatal error C1083: Impossible d'ouvrir le fichier include : '..\..\bin\Data\Shaders\DX9_P1\system\LibSM\shadow_config.h' : No such file or directory
