Is there somewhere where I can download server files?

Is there a place where I can download the proper server files that are already compiled and such... I'm just confused with all of this coding and what not... I know I'll still need Windows Server 2008, etc...

Just download the Community Edition from the release section and follow the tutorial. To do that you don't need to have any coding experience just follow the tutorial.
