You used the latest version.

Are two files php_pdo_sqlsrv.dll and php_sqlsrv.dll

Copy to ext folder and declare:

extension=php_pdo_sqlsrv.dll
extension=php_sqlsrv.dll

Use the version according to your php version (non thread safe or thread safe)
