Launcher Updater Loop

Hey guys,

i changed the look of the launcher , compiled the RSUpdate , and created a new Launcher.
In the file where the version of the update is written , i changed it to 0.9.4 instead of 0.9.3.
Then i uploaded all files and started the Launcher.

It downloaded the new updater , started it automatically.
Then it downloaded the updater again and again and again.

Can someone help me with this issue?

This worked , but my new designed Launcher background with the exact same resolutions are stretched in the new Launcher.
Can someone explain me why?

Do you have the original background? Don't know if you noticed, but despite the background resolution been 1024x1024, the actual background is 785x650.
