Login Failed password or username incorrect

I have everything compiled and running, but now when i make a new account it works and I try to login i get this:

login failed

username or password are wrong

I have seen some other posts that say to remove the .ini file and I have done that but still no help

Post your logss located on your vps after this error happened.

API is probably setup wrong or your local.ini has a login
