Loot not spawning? Allright Source can someone help?

Hello. Ive been messimg with the allright source a little bit. Got everything working Servers and such. The database is working php is working. When i test if the database is working on my website it says connection successful and i can connect to my servers.

But after i have launched the game and started the master and suprvivor server. Then i launch the game and connect to my server and i go around playing and looking and loot does not spawn at all.

Can someone help me with this or tell me how to fix it?

im using the allright source.

Edit: i looked around on the forums to see if there was a fix or anything and i have came up with nothing. Can someone provide me with some help?

use window server 2008 R2 up+

I have change my port on my source 80 to 443, but idk if it works for everyone :)
