[need help] HTTP Error 500.19 cant Update game with launcher

ok so basicly i now get this error where it doesnt let the launcher Download the Data Stuff And thus i cannot login to the server which is indeed working error-less i cannot seem to find out how to fix this i actually google how to fix this below error and well no luck finding an easy to understand in English fix
The Error is as copied and pasted Below
HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.


from what i saw it tried to access a web.config that wasnt there and so i put the one that seemed to have supposed to go there but now it says that the File cannot be read or whatever

Once again Thank you in advance for any Full on Working solutions that Work :D

i was able to find the log file that the launcher is hooked to (r3dlog.txt) heres the output it gave
