CONCLUSION Server does not work with dynamic ip, it works temporarily, with the exchange of ip, master servers stop working, there is no point to use no-ip, ddns or any similar service, master server can not handle the exchange of ip dynamic even configuring HOSTS to 127.0.0.1 meuno.no-ip.org client can not redirect ip external to internal.
