How can I have a map like the original warz, with open houses and also places to spawn?

Folkz released the open buildings and interiors textures here:

Also, you could extract the Data and Levels folder from the latest WarZ binaries and replace your folders with the ones you extracted, but since June 5th patch you'll also need to apply some fixes to your source code.
About spawn points, the latest LevelData.xml doesn't have the spawn points data anymore, so you won't be able to get them from it.
