Problem with launcher

Hello,

I got a problem with creating a launcher, when i compiled the RSupdate so didn't i get a launcher, and when i tested to run "CreateUpdater" so does nothing happen.

I using Allrights Thailand source.

I tried it, but it didn't work. When i tried to compile so did i just get errors.

It says this when i tried to compile RSupdate:

Thank you very much, it works now.

But i got another problem now when i try to run the client;

000000.261| failed to get http://localhost/wz/updater/woupd.xml, http code 404
000003.267| failed to get http://localhost/wz/updater/woupd.xml, http code 404

I think i need to have the IIS up and running, but how do i starting it?

I tested with xampp mysql and that worked, but I'm not sure if it's gonna work if i gonna have xampp?

And where do i get the database details to allrights source?

Do a normal PC got Server manager? doesn't seems like i got it.

And is IIS needed to run a Infestation server? can i not use xampp or any other programs?
