Go use Search or Google "admin tool warz ragezone"
You'll find 2 or 3 threads with the downloads.
It will do you absolutely no good, unless you know how to code and are good at working with SQL Data Connections through Excel Spreadsheets. There are hard coded values inside the spreadsheets and src code.
Only warning I'm giving.
