Do those include everything I need? Correct me if I am wrong but they look like they dont have IIS7 or SQL full.

That's right - it's not a full tutorial, but beside IIS7 (which is installed by default on windows server 2008, REQUIREMENT) there are lots of parts missing. I successfully built everything but I still don't know what should I do with the SQL or to get the emulator itself running.

That would be amazing. Its hard to get help on here. I am very respected somewhere else but no one even notices me here.
