lol what did you do? did you delete all the files? or move them? cause if you looked you can clearly see whats wrong you're missing and/or moved the files listed in the error. Also RSBuild should be in the binaries folder run it from there.

compile you RsBuild project and run RSbuild.exe from Bin folder

By the look of this screenshot it just looks like you have just extracted the .7z files and tried to do a build? your files are in the wrong directory for a start so i guess you haven't setup a sql server, web server, compiled any files or configured anything...
