[Server] Map does not spawn items

I Create own map, i add loot a medics and some other staff like water and food, guns is respawns good but food and medics not respawning where can by problem ?

As I have already told you, literally, about 10 times:
Add a name for the loot in english.lang;
Add the lootbox in itemsDB.xml;
Add the loot spawns in the Studio;
Add the loot spawns to the database, in tables 'Items.Generic' and 'Items.LootData'.

Now please, if you are going to start talking crappy English to me again, I'm done helping you. I could seriously not understand what you were trying to tell me yesterday. And oh, I tried to understand.
