unable to find tutorial to compile client not studio

maybe i am searching wrong but i have been unable to find a tutorial on compiling the client
warZ.exe

could some one make one or point me at one ?

in the src theres a few things

raknet
eclipse
etc

that output files all over the place

Change Solution configuration: Release = Studio.exe, Final = WarZ.exe

now i got an error
__heap_alloc already defined in LIBCMT.lib(malloc.obj)

to fix this error ensure all releases are set to final not just 1 clean and rebuild
