thanks for the answers that helped me so much, I made sure to do what they had done was research and not at all a result of it will be what I was looking for ... I heard that some developers have excluded many of their tutorials, I believe this to be the case ...
If you guys cannot find even a simple thread with tutorial, you shouldn't ever bother trying to make a decent server.

It works perfectly for me on DNC source. :)
Make sure you have edited right lines in right sources, rebuilded it all and edited visibility in swf.
will try it i am using education.zip right now no luck compiling the others the instructions you linked were some what vague neo esentially points at billythekids thread who points back to neo in some never ending loop
but i have yet to use the search bar to research the 7 bar stuff more fully ill post back an update my worlds kinda fulling apart here isp cut me off to upgrade me then the electric cuts off because the circuit box is to old hoping to be resolved in a couple of days
