Tera NA - DataCenter Complete Full -XML- Unpacked Files - Rev[47.02.02]

Hey Guys, this is me again doing yet another DataCenter release:

on my previous release I released the *.unpacked file from the Tera NA DataCenter, however, that was just only the file itself, I noticed people will find it more useful if I just released the XMLs, I can also give you the JSON if you wanna work with JSON but since everyone has a fashion with XML I will just drop these :D
