This error mostly happens when launcher can't send data to website.
Have you hexedit the IP in the launcher? Did you changed the IP in websites locations like said in tutorials?

@punksta it is possible to use this VM with 16gb ram, but only on localhost.
Better to use 32gb or more so you don't have problems with WorldServer.

I read that removing the buffs you start with is done in the database, any clue where? I've been going through all tables and I'm losing hope of finding them ??????

I think it's in PlanetDB_2800\HoldAbnormality

EDIT: Also look in TeraServer\Executable\Bin\Datasheet\WorldFestival_KR.xml,
on line 408 --> Event:100030

But it must be deleted from the database.

How much ram are you using?
If you are using 16Gb, sometimes error will occur in WorldServer, you will need to try again.
This will also depend on your hardware, i recommend using 32Gb or more.

I have 24 gb of ram in the laptop, and I give 20 gb of ram to the virtual machine, and the world server closes after receiving that error with the arbiter server, is this not enough?

20Gb of ram is better than 16Gb, but as i said, it depends on the hardware too.
I don't know if laptop is a good option.

If you only leave 4Gb of ram for the system and the client, you will have problems.
