    i try figure out how to enable maps for this dungeons, any way there is file named newworldmapdata.xml there is some use full information like:
    type
    mapID and like i see there is many things are disabled

    Yes shadow66, i had forgotten that it would also be good to check the WorldMap\NewWorldMapData.xml

    You can unlock Teleport Scrolls IDs in ...\Datasheet\BuyList for each reactivated Dungeon,
    when doing this Teleport Scrolls can be purchased at Npc

    Looks like Dungeons 9024, 9724, 9725 and 9726 cannot be enabled (was deleted) sadly

    Yes it's true, but i also noticed that many TerritoryData.xml files are missing.

    You can add Bathysmal Rise on TerritoryData_181, i think the original teleport got removed, I replaced one npc with the teleportal, lines 10375 to 10385
